Commercial Partnership

Premier League Partnership

Originated and oversaw a multi-strand partnership with a Premier League football club and its charitable foundation.

Developed and managed a long-term, multi-strand partnership spanning education programmes, women's academy agreements and facility-sharing arrangements. The partnership created sustainable value for both institutions — generating non-fee income for the school and community reach for the club's foundation.

Outcomes

  • Multi-strand partnership across education, academy and facilities
  • Sustainable non-fee income stream for the school
  • Community and media reach for the club's foundation

Capital Infrastructure

Partnership-Funded Projects

Directed significant capital investment in sporting and educational facilities.

Led the commercial and operational case for a major capital infrastructure project, securing partnership funding to deliver a full-size 4G pitch. The project required stakeholder alignment across governors, local authority and commercial partners — and delivered a facility that generates ongoing lettings income.

Outcomes

  • Partnership-funded capital project delivered on time
  • Ongoing lettings income from the facility
  • Stakeholder alignment across governors and commercial partners

Sport

Sporting Events

Sports Events Management

Led the ten-year development of one of the world's most prestigious schools rugby festivals into a national sporting, commercial and media platform.

Over a decade, transformed a two-day weekend event into a three-day national platform with broadcast, livestreaming, tiered sponsorship, a brand and digital strategy, and the introduction of girls' age groups. The festival became a significant commercial and media asset whilst retaining the character that made it special.

Outcomes

  • Grew from two-day weekend to three-day national platform
  • Broadcast, livestreaming and tiered sponsorship introduced
  • Girls' age groups added — expanding reach and commercial appeal

Sustainable Non-Fee Income Streams

Built and managed a portfolio of non-fee income streams across summer schools, lettings, international partnerships and academic programmes.

Developed a coherent commercial strategy that unlocked value from existing assets — facilities, calendar and brand — without disrupting the school's core educational mission. Income streams included summer schools, facility lettings, international student programmes and academic partnerships with universities.

Outcomes

  • Multiple non-fee income streams operating simultaneously
  • Summer schools, lettings and international programmes
  • Commercial strategy aligned to school culture and governance
